The opportunity

Citizens Advice is set to deliver a new service supporting Universal Credit claimants. We have an exciting new opportunity for a Best Practice Lead aiming to gather information about how the new service performs, develop relationships with relevant local stakeholders and share ideas and best practice. As part of a wider network, the role will work across Cheshire Jobcentre Plus area to improve people's experience of Universal Credit and Universal Support as well as feed into the work of national Citizens Advice.

The ideal person

You will have proven ability to analyse complex information. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to influence and negotiate on all levels with a proven ability to work effectively under pressure.

We are the largest independent provider of generic advice within the district. With four separate offices across Cheshire West and over 100 volunteers and employees we are a locally focused charity providing free, impartial advice and information on a wide range of issues to our community.
