To date Humilis have assisted over 40 global customers with leading HR Cloud solutions selection, planning and deployment. 60%+ of our customers have been multi country projects with an average population / impacted workforce of 50,000+.

Humilis Consulting are hiring internally for various expert areas / skills sets that are focused on the successful delivery of SuccessFactors Transformation programmes that are imminently kicking off or have just got underway. These programmes will run over the next few years.

Programme Outline:

Humilis Consulting are the chosen advisory partner to this industry leading organisation focused within the financials sector.

A Global (70+ Country) End-to-End Hire to Retire Cloud HR Transformation and business transformation with approx. 100,000+ employees to be driven forward with Humilis' expert assistance from the ground up.

Humilis are to run 3 main workstreams to ensure that this flagship customer is in the right place to embark on a Cloud HR Transformation with a leading solution to be at the helm and an acting enabler (Oracle, Workday or SAP SuccessFactors TBC).

Deliverables / Duties:

- Help build programmes team for Humilis as well as the customer.
- Lead 3 main worksteams which are as follows: - Data, Requirements & Solution Fit.
- Programme Mobilisation / Project Planning.
- High Level Design.

- Advise on Global Strategy.
- Map current solutions.
- Own Gap Analysis & Prioritisation.
- As-is & To-Be Analysis / Assessment.
- Migration approach.
- Cataloguing and cleansing.
- Assist with business case.
- Deployment planning and ownership.
- Define change Management Approach.
- Give recommendations on process improvements and resource planning.
- Own harmonisation Strategy / Approach.
