Job Architecture Consultant - HR Organisational Change programme Please note that the client has deemed this position to sit inside of IR35 regulations. Our client are currently looking to appoint a Job Architecture Consultant that will join a HR Organisational Change programme. The purpose of the position is to help define & implement new 'job family frameworks' across a global organisation, working across a number of internal & external stakeholder relationship groups. Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties: The primary responsibility is to lead, manage and execute the implementation of the global job family framework Oversee all aspects of the global design to ensure on time go-live dates; including documenting requirements, developing project timelines, identifying and mitigating risk and issues, establishing and tracking project plans and milestones, and providing regular feedback to stakeholders and management Lead a job family framework working group to ensure that the wide ranging implications of job architecture are fully considered Act as the point-of-contact for the project team, which includes both internal and external stakeholders Develop an implementation approach and conduct organizational readiness activities Develop a job family guide which includes a job title glossary/global job catalogue Consult with internal and external stakeholders (eg Works Councils/Trade Unions), regarding technical and non-technical functionality, system interactions, data requirements and processes Ensure all documentation is collated, analysed, issued and stored throughout the project timeline Support and manage all aspects of Job Family design including strategy, design and configuration Lead the design of future process and governance regarding new roles Required experience Deep subject matter expertise in job architecture design Deep SME experience and proven ability to professionally advise business leadership, effectively engage employees and confidently guide cross functional groups to achieve desired results Project Management Has led large scale global projects. Experience of analysing requirements with the SRO/stakeholders, defining the specification, planning, revising, implementing and evaluating Communicating & Influencing Is creative and adaptable in communications. Able to use a range of non-standard and creative approaches to inform and/or persuade others, extending beyond logical argument to influence decisions and actions Managing Risk/Issues Supports a risk management culture. Track record of identifying and highlighting risks/Issues and suggesting mitigating actions Analyses data and problems Analyses patterns.
