Currently working with a world leading business across multiple disciplines in which they are deploying SAP SF into the global business of nearly quarter of a million employees. This role is looking for an experienced Enterprise level Programme manager for E2E Programme management around the SAP SF solution. Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate successful programmes deployed into large scale businesses around HR transformations with SaaS implementations, in particular cloud based human capital management software (SAP HCM) and the SAP SF modules.

This role will involve working on a global program of work across multiple teams and working in several different time zones - it will involve running a successful PMO to ensure governance and admin of all the program key deliverables such as:

- Program leadership meetings
- Resource / Recruitment management (Onboarding / offboarding processes)
- Risk and issue management

Ideally candidates should have a career in which they can demonstrate enterprise level HR transformation programmes focused on SaaS solutions (cloud based HR tech) and with a collective approach and understanding of SAP SF and its associated benefit areas in business. You will need to have knowledge of all key modules in SAP SF and the direct implications this has to a business as well as data extraction methods such as ORD as well strong platform knowledge away from SAP S4.

Ideal candidate will have a successful career in delivering programmes of change across HRIS and be capable of demonstrating a solid career in large scale blue chip organizations.
