Due to some exciting business changes and transformation, our client is seeking to recruit an exceptional experienced candidate to start ASAP as a Change Manager in the Project based transformation area of the business in a newly created role, on an initial 9 month FTC. This business is embarking on the BPO outsourcing of all their back office processes, which will impact the organisation's workforce in the UK.
The Change Manager will Report into the Head of the Change Project, and will be responsible for owning the change documentation and building plans in which the incumbent will be totally responsible for executing. You would own delivery of key milestones in the project, making the plans real by 'bringing them to life', salary grading matrices and building a replicable/scalable change framework that a layman can understand and run with.
In addition, the Change Manager will be responsible for building trust within the business with the new BPO outsourcing provider, the SSC and a key person in the changing of opinion of the Finance team within the organisation to 'business partner' as well as an influencer to senior stakeholders.
To be considered for this exciting and challenging opportunity, you will be an experienced 'hands on' Change Manager who has been through at least 2/3 complex change projects in your career to date, and me be someone who has experience owning the documentation of and building change plans they can live & die by. A very confident individual, you will naturally have exceptional interpersonal skills who is happy presenting and influencing senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have relevant change management experience of a BPO outsourcing project and the specific challenges this will bring.
