I am currently supporting a public sector organisation who is looking to appoint an interim Benefit and Reward Consultant to join their team for a 4 months period. Upcoming changes within their current, outsourced, Benefits and Reward process means they are looking to bring this service back in-house and therefore require a specialist to make new, exciting and lasting changes that can be rolled out to the 600 members of staff within the organisation.

The role will allow the successful candidate to work remotely providing support on a part time basis (initially 5 days per week to get to grips of the project in hand, and then) working 3-4 days per week for the remainder of the contract. The Head of HR is happy for the successful candidate to work flexibly bringing knowledge and experience from previous roles to ensure results by:

• Analysing the current arrangements to assess areas of improvement
• Revaluating company benefits to ensure they are fit for purpose'
• Implementing a new process that can be adopted by the organisation moving forward

As the successful Benefit and Reward Consultant, you will:

• Understand the culture of a public sector organisations
• Have experience using a range of framework and processes
• Confidently lead and attain research from the current process to operate a start to end project; analysing current and implementing new pay-grading structures and job evaluation
• Work proactively with little guidance
