Business Change Coordinator (18 month contract)

Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd is working with a large Insurer to recruit a Business Change Coordinator to assist the Business Change Manager.
The Business Change Coordinator completes a wide variety of duties to ensure the smooth delivery of the overall Commercial & High Net Worth transformation and the individual projects making up this roadmap.
? Administering and organising projects, from simple activities (including organising key meetings and delivery checkpoints) to maintaining project documentation.
? Coordinating project plans, resources, equipment and information to support the delivery of projects
? Working with the individual project teams to support key project activities including planning, reporting, risk and issue management plus transformation updates to key stakeholders
We are seeking candidates with solid organisational skills, including multi-tasking and time management. Excellent communicator with strong customer and team working skills with the ability to use Microsoft office. A good level of education and some experience within Project management/the ability to prepare flowcharts.
This is an 18 month contract covering maternity leave and there can be some flexibility to home work with occasional requirements to visit the London office.
