This is an exciting CRM Executive role based in a Financial Advisory Business. This is starting with a migration project and will eventually move on to CRM Management.
Our client is a a well known Financial Advisory Business.
Exceptional stakeholder-facing skills essential:
- Will be responsible for the Salesforce helpdesk
- Responsible for user queries over the phone
- Responsible for all European Salesforce set-ups
- Strong project management acumen, particularly in a fast paced environment
- Capacity to write basic training instructions / slides
Basic understanding of Salesforce (or similar) and have experience with including:
- Report set up
- Workflow understanding
- License management
- Training capabilities
- The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, driven and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience within the Financial or Professional services *desirable*
- Strong CRM experience and preferably with Salesforce
The client is offering £30,000- £35,000 pro-rata.
They ideally need someone to start before February 15th
