This is an exciting CRM Executive role based in a Financial Advisory Business. This is starting with a migration project and will eventually move on to CRM Management.

Our client is a a well known Financial Advisory Business.

Description

Exceptional stakeholder-facing skills essential:

  • Will be responsible for the Salesforce helpdesk
  • Responsible for user queries over the phone
  • Responsible for all European Salesforce set-ups
  • Strong project management acumen, particularly in a fast paced environment
  • Capacity to write basic training instructions / slides

Profile

Skills:

Basic understanding of Salesforce (or similar) and have experience with including:

  • Report set up
  • Workflow understanding
  • License management
  • Training capabilities
  • The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, driven and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience within the Financial or Professional services *desirable*
  • Strong CRM experience and preferably with Salesforce

Job Offer

The client is offering £30,000- £35,000 pro-rata.
They ideally need someone to start before February 15th
