Change Manager - London based and no travel required
Our client is a major international trading hub based in London. They are going through a major relocation and are looking for a change manager to join them to assist with the move.
They are currently looking for a Consultant for a month to work with their CEO on this. It will involve helping to design a Change Programme for the business as it moves into new buildings. It is a classic programme with an ESG and 5-6 streams of work and a tpeople-move element.
The help required is for an experienced consultant to set up the change framework. This will involve:
• meeting the top team members to put together a ‘Level 2’ charter for each stream of work – objectives, deliverables, key milestones, activities, risks and issue logs and red-amber-green to show on track/off track
• then assembling an ESG level version ‘Level 1’ of the above and also showing all the interdependencies on a visual master plan.
• Putting this all on the walls in a ‘hub’ room where the team can review progress etc.
• Helping the change manager and Daniel with how to drive the change agenda through this
The need is therefore for someone who has set up stream charters etc and knows how to structure a change programme.
This work is on site at their premises in South West London. It is starting as soon as possible and is expected to be 1 month at the outset but the duration could increase by a few months.
