Client Relationship Manager (Outsourcing) - circa £250 p/d

Initially a 6 - 9 month contract

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an industry leading company that are recruiting to provide additional support through a period of change!

You will be responsible for managing a key client relationships where you work in partnership with their relationship managers to ensure the campaign is a success. You will work closely with internal stakeholder to continuously assess the campaigns performance and ensure the client customers receive a world class service. You will work hard to understand the client's expectations and put together a bespoke reporting strategy to ensure they receive systemic reports outlining the campaigns performance and any improvements you would recommend.

As a Client Relationship Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Day to day management of the client relationship, campaign performance and client retention
  • Immersing yourself into the clients business in order to understand their current and future needs and therefore guaranteeing we meet their expectations
  • Looking for opportunities to improve operational performance and customer experience
  • Attending client meetings to discuss results, changes and opportunities
  • Producing accurate and insightful reports
  • Working closely with the management to ensure SLA's are being met in line with the clients expectations
  • Accustomed to working under pressure, prioritising workload to achieve tight deadlines and displaying a proven track record in delivering results.

For the position of Client Relationship Manager we are looking for:

  • A proven track record of success within a similar role or a senior position with client management responsibilities in an outsourced contact centre environment
  • Experience in negotiating, influencing and managing clients at a senior level
  • Experience of working in a fast paced and FCA regulated contact centre environment
  • Professional and clear communication skills
  • Stature, confidence and gravitas
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to produce detailed and timely reports
  • Adaptable
  • Consultative
