A social media agency who work closely with their clients to manage social media strategy, advertising and creative content creation. Clients include Microsoft, NBC Universal and Sony to name three.

This is a 3 month internship offering £18.5K pro rata with the potential for a permanent role at the end, all things being well. You can apply for this role if you re only available for a short period as well. The client is keen to see people who would like to go off travelling!

Seeking an ambitions and driven intern to support the strategy and tech functions of the business. You'll be responsible for a wide range of internal projects including writing cotntent, researching key trends, producing reports and presentations on behalf of our clients and adding value across our outbound sales and marketing. You will benefit from a high variety of work and challenged to balance a busy workload and meet tight deadlines. The role will provide broad experience including digital media strategy, ad tech development (both strategically and technically) as well as marketing and sales.

Day-to-day activities will include…

  • Writing engaging copy and creative suggestions for blogs, articles, adverts and social media

  • Supporting the strategy and paid media teams to deliver innovative and high performing digital campaigns

  • Developing and managing an internal marketing calendar for our technology platform and promoting this across direct and social media channels

  • Designing power point pitches and presentations

  • Working within our tech function to shape how we communicate our proposition and support our expansion to global markets

  • Researching key industry trends and competitors and produce internal presentations for how these should shape our approach (both to our clients and development roadmap)

  • Producing marketing materials, campaign planning documents, pitch decks and a variety of written content and visual content with the support of senior colleagues

  • Working with our development agency to help plan, create and deliver changes to our product and digital platforms in line with strategic plan

  • Assisting paid media and ad tech teams as required

  • Analysing trends and making data-driven decisions

  • Proof-reading

  • Presenting data and reports to a range of audiences

The ideal candidate's personality and qualifications…

  • Education: 2:1 degree
  • An interest in digital media, marketing and technology

  • Creative writing skills and strong ability in producing high quality written material around technical topics

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)

  • The ability to present information visually and effectively to a range of audiences

  • Self starter and idea generator

  • The ability to think creatively & strategically

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Creative writing skills and strong ability in producing high quality written material around technical topics.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
