Enterprise Architect Your new company My Client is a Not for Profit organisation who are looking for an Enterprise Architect to come join and lead a team to define and maintain their technology strategy. You will be working to transform the ways of working and customer experience. Your new role Reporting to the COO, you will be leading a small, newly-formed team of architects aiming to deliver real change and value for the organisation. You will be a strong communicator and influencer, you will work closely with senior management and key stakeholders across the business, to understand their needs, identify opportunities and solutions, to ensure that our vision becomes reality. What you'll need to succeed Essential knowledge,Significant recent experience of working with senior business stakeholders, including influencing skills at C- Level level, to shape, define and design the delivery of architectural solutions that address the most complex business challenges and the delivery of the enterprise business strategy.Recent experience in a similar role (Charity or Not for Profit) leading the delivery of an enterprise digital transformation across all core domains (business, application, data and infrastructure).Recent involvement in areas such as business capability modelling as well as developing Target Operating Models and transition architectures that resonate with Board-level executives.Hands-on experience of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies, driving the creation of architecture governance, standards and frameworks and influencing the relevant stakeholdersInformation security knowledge and awarenessExperience in deploying modern technology development and delivery models, including Agile, continuous integration, continuous delivery, DevOps and bimodalExperience of TOGAF and/or Zachman frameworks (desirable)SkillsExcellent interpersonal skills with an ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiencesA good understanding of technologies including:Construction of web solutions using CMS, HTML/CSS3, responsive design (desirable)integration technologies, including middleware, service oriented architecture and APIs (desirable)customer interaction & CRM technologies supporting the shift to a digital organisation (desirable)Cloud in all forms (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).
