HR & L&D Business Partner - Essex, United Kingdom,

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner with generalist HR background but with experience and a passion and for L&D has arisen to join a commercial business based in Essex on a 6 month fixed term contract.

To start ASAP this role will work as part of an HR function partnering with the business to provide proactive, consultative HR and L&D advice and guidance. This role requires the successful candidate to have experience operating at a business partner level with strong stakeholder management experience. CIPD qualified is desirable but not essential as long as there is a strong HR generalist knowledge and experience including ER/Employment Law.

This role also has L&D as part of it's remit and will play an essential role in supporting the business in the training needs analysis, management development programme roll out and identifying high performers and succession planning.

The role will work closely with the HRD in major organisational change programmes such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and TUPE.

The role will be located in Essex with regular weekly trips to London and when necessary other sites depending on business needs.
