Our client a world leading Financial Services organisation based in London is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Business Change Analyst.

Experience of leading complex HR focused business change programmes within a FS or regulated environment - The Business Change and Engagement role sits within the HR Systems and Continuous Improvement team within HR Delivery. The team is responsible for the oversight of the HR systems architecture and day to day support for the HCM system.

The team is also responsible for driving forward the continuous improvement agenda for HR, through oversight, coaching and support of continuous improvement initiatives relating to processes, policies, procedures and systems

Experience of leading business change programmes within an HR function, leading teams in successful delivery of organisational change and engagement, particularly on programmes involving changes to people, processes, IT, culture and behaviour.

Project management qualification (Prince2), CIPD qualification, PROSCI, Waterfall & Agile.
