The role is supporting a Financial services company that are going through a time of significant change and growth.
Key Requirements and Accountabilities:
*Support with the implementation of the Senior Managers Certification Regime
* First Line Employee relations
* Project work around OD and GDPR
*Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
*Work closely with the Head of HR to implement the people plan across the business
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
*CIPD qualification or equivalent
*Recent Financial Services background
*Ability to travel when needed
*Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced business, ideally within regulatory environments
