Page Personnel are advertising for an exciting new role as an HR Business Partner based in Manchester who is needed immediately.
We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will be working for a Not-For-Profit Organisation in Manchester. Fantastic and well established organisation with various avenues for support and career options.
Duties will include but are not Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business. Manage ER/IR issues across the business - acting as Employee Relations specialist within the HR team taking lead/supporting HRBP on high risk cases. Build strong business relationships with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally. Background to TUPE casework.
Successful candidate will have:
CIPD Level 7 qualified - ESSENTIAL
Similar role as a HR Business Partner - ESSENTIAL
Strong written and verbal communication skills - ESSENTIAL
Organised and is highly competent at multi-tasking - ESSENTIAL
Experience of working in customer focused environments - ESSENTIAL
Ability to work to strict deadlines- ESSENTIAL
Ability to develop effective working relationships, and demonstrate professional credibility with colleagues at all levels - ESSENTIAL
HR Business Partner based in Manchester + Salary £28,000-£32,000+ 37 hours a week + Maternity Cover + Competitive holiday package
