HR Business Partner - 3 month FTC - Up to £50,000
The purpose of this role is to lead the operational HR service for the designated service area. To provide devolved expert HR input to the management teams, drawing on the full range of services provided internally by the HR Workforce Directorate to deliver a comprehensive, fit for purpose and customer focused HR service which is accessible, responsive as well as proactive and expert.
To partner with the management teams in the business to develop and implement their workforce strategy, clarify the workforce implications that flow from the strategy and from their business plans and agree priorities for HR activity to address these issues.
