HR Business Partner - Berkshire, United Kingdom,

We are recruiting for an interim HR Business Partner to join the HR Team of a NHS Trust in Berkshire. You will be a highly motivated individual with a strong HR background, ideally with some previous NHS experience. You will be managing a small team of HR Managers on a day-to-day basis, to support the delivery of an efficient and effective HR service.

Main responsibilities of the role:
  • Managing a small team of HR Managers on a day-to-day basis;
  • Employee Relations casework and sickness absence management;
  • Supporting with policy review / writing;
  • Occasional support in developing Covid related guidance documents;
  • Supporting the Communications team may also be required.
The majority of the role will be working from home with some presence on-site required at times.

A successful candidate will have:
  • Experience of ER casework and sickness absence management;
  • Ability to support with policy review / writing;
  • Some experience with developing Comms;
  • Previous NHS experience.
