We're thrilled once again to be partnering this market leading global business in their search for 2 dynamic, energetic and highly commercial HR BPs to add to their strategic HR offering on an FTC basis. A fluid and acquisitional business, the roles are supported by a strong HR operations team and hence are designed to concentrate on providing strategic and commercial input; applying strong HR generalist principals directly to the business, partnering key commercial stakeholders in the process.

We're considering candidates across a breadth of experience sets as the two roles are banded slightly differently in seniority so excitingly, if you are an experienced BP of any level, please read on! So many HR roles are given the BP strapline incorrectly these days to attract or retain candidates - this is a perfect example of true business partnering in its intended form and as such you will be regularly operating with some incredibly senior and commercial stakeholders, something it would be helpful to have demonstrable experience of.

Organisational change/change management and TUPE expertise are right at the top of the list of import, but we're open to considering candidates from all backgrounds - you must have experience of working in complex and ideally multi-brand organisations however, to be considered. Visible and connected roles within the business, there may well be superb opportunities to develop within the organisation and as newly created opportunities to reflect recent changes, there are genuine chances to make a name for yourself and the potential to be extended or made permanent in the future.

Key duties include:

  • Across the board generalist responsibility within a partnering role, liaising directly with key business stakeholders.
  • Strategically manage complex organisational change models.
  • Comprehensive talent management strategic input, assessing retention policy and reward, resourcing and engagement in the process.
  • Consult, advise and lead on complex ER case management.
  • Act as a genuine coach and strategist re: Managerial performance, team performance.
  • Build rapport and relationships with key business leaders, gaining buy in and respect to role out key people strategy.
