HR Change Manager - international organisation - London, United Kingdom,

A forward thinking and influential international matrix organisation is looking for an interim HR Change Manager. Providing advice and guidance on the people aspects on change, you will be responsible for a small scale restructure. You will cover revision and evaluation of role profiles, assessment of the people impact of the changes, leading and advising the consultation approach, drafting communications and managing exits.

Accountabilities include:

  • Building a plan to manage the recruitment and selection process based on the new structure
  • Supporting the development of role profiles
  • Ensuring the interview and selection process meets corporate standards
  • Ensuring the induction and orientation for new and newly promoted employees is relevant
  • Ensure the people change aspects of the programme are planned and executed inline with the company's policies and values
  • Manage the communication of key messages
  • Working with the wider HR team to conduct training needs analysis to identify development needs, developing and implementing a training plan
  • Providing guidance to staff and managers on a range of HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting and coaching managers and team members to deliver the people changes effectively

Skills & Experience

  • Experience of delivering an HR change programme involving restructures and redundancies and significant culture change
  • Must have worked in a multinational and multicultural organisation
  • Must have Trade Union experience (non negotiable)
  • Knowledge of labour law and employment practices
  • Demonstrable experience of writing change communication
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent commercial acumen and understanding of business practices and strategy
