Are you a self-motivated HR Administrator with experience of coordinating L&D programmes?

Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy having full responsibility of various tasks?

I am looking for an HR Coordinator to be responsible for ensuring a seamless HR service across a large, dynamic organisation.

On offer, is a temp-to-perm opportunity, initially offering a competitive hourly rate of £10.26-11.28, dependent on experience, plus holiday pay, discounts to a number of retail outlets, and free, on-site parking.

As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of learning and development activities by developing, reviewing and processing all L&D documentation and progress.

Your typical responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining training records so that information is accurate and secure

• Arrange new employee inductions and training courses

• Producing reports on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis

• Being the first point of contact for all HR queries

• Assisting with various generalist tasks as and when required by the team

To be considered, you will need:

• The ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks

• Experience working in a challenging, fast-paced environment

• Strong IT literacy - MS Excel, and SAP (desirable)
