EU Exit HR Onboarding Lead
Location: Central London
IR35 Status: Outside
Length: 3 Months

A Central Government organisation is seeking an experienced Resourcing professional to lead and ensure a smooth onboarding process for all successful candidates joining their staff.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Ensure the smooth delivery of the pre-employment process through swift completion of New Entrant Notification forms and through timely and accurate data capture

· Ensure any risks and issues are flagged at the appropriate time, including any mitigating action

· Take a leading role in the Business Continuity Project

· Realise and drive opportunities to reduce the 'application to taking up post' timeline for EU Exit new starters

· Lead on stakeholder engagement to ensure improved, effective and proactive relationships critical to the delivery of the role

· Responsible for line management of the Onboarding Support Team, ensuring effective team and individual performance

Essential requirements:

· Prior experience of having worked in a HR role for a Central Government organisation

· Line management experience

· Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders

· Ability to work in a time-pressured environment and manage conflicting priorities
