Your new role
Managing the HRIS Team, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven HRIS Manager to take ownership of HRIS Technologies and become an influential member of the busy HR team at a well-established educational facility.
What you'll need to succeed
The key to this role will be for the HRIS Manager to project manage and add continuous improvement to the existing HR Systems - Resourcelink, Tableau etc.
- Improve efficiencies - Incidents resolved effectively and quickly
- The HRIS Manager will have day to day system management responsibility and will be required to demonstrate process re-design experience.
- Ensure HR Technologies collaboratively work well together.
- Extensive HR IS process knowledge
- Team management
- Technical Understanding
- Continuous improvement
