IQ Talent solutions are recruiting for a HR Transformation Delivery Manager to lead the design and development of the service delivery model for all HR areas, starting with service standards for the HR Operating model lead roles.

Responsibilities:
- A critical part of the remit of this role will be to lead the delivery of a human-centric design approach to the service model design, using personas, customer journey and critical moments to assess and guide the model design and HR product requirements.
- The role will interface with lead HR representatives from across all areas of HR in Europe, Asia and the US. Stakeholder engagement is key - involving and engaging with them in the model design will be critical to success
- Develop programme plan & high level workstream content
- Stakeholder definition & alignment
- Scoping of content and method of delivery
- Team structure and ways of working
- Oversee delivery to $ and plan
- Enable decisions/ trade offs (supported by pm)
- Design and monitoring of transformation metrics
- Manage interdependencies and communications between different workstreams
- Keeping finger on the pulse of where each workstream is, and ensuring workplan evolves in synch (supported by pm)
- SME on Transformation
- Act as advisor on op model design ensuring alignment
- Champion/educate customer centric design
- OD expert for critical areas (eg learning/ Reward design)
- Coms Engagement & change
- Lead cadence/ approach and on broad content (supported by coms resource)

Skills and experience required:
- Degree level or equivalent experience
- Post-graduate level qualification in HR related discipline strongly desirable
- Accreditation with professional body strongly desirable
- Significant experience partnering senior l business leaders, ie defining needs, contracting, stakeholder management
- Experience of working in a Global Matrix, and delivering change agenda, particularly in area of culture change
- Deep experience in either generalist HR, with strength in employee relations and talent development.
- Transformation, operating model and change experience
- Strong external world experience in HR likely to be across a number of organisations
- Experience in org design and delivery strongly desirable
- Strong interpersonal influencing & communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to eloquently articulate significant insights to prompt change (helicopter)
- Sound technical knowledge of OD, culture & engagement and capability assessment
