SF Recruitment are looking to source an experienced project management officer to join a fantastic organisation based in Birmingham on an interim basis. Further duties of the role include:

Responsible for establishing and running the Project Management Office with the objective of ensuring all projects are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality.
Strong project or programme management and excellent financial literacy and organisational skills are fundamental, as is the ability to liaise with people at all levels of the organisation.
Contribute to the management, operation and performance of the Programme and Strategy elements to ensure it meets its targets and supports the delivery of organisational and strategic goals
Manage the PMO team and provides performance feedback and goal-setting; conducts annual performance assessments and skill development and training
Work closely with the Finance team (as well as internal and external project partners where appropriate) to devise, develop and deliver appropriate and proportionate systems to evaluate key activities at a project level

The right candidate will have significant experience in a senior PMO role, degree qualified and able to start immediately.
