Head of Diversity & Inclusion 6 months FTC - London, United Kingdom,
We are currently partnering with a leading organisation, based in Central London, in their search for a Diversity & Inclusion Manager, for an initial 6 month period. There is also a longer term permanent opportunity for the right individual, as part of the future state HR Operating Model.
In this role you will be responsible for inspiring individuals to connect with different cultures around them to bring everyone closer together and to create a more productive and cohesive workforce.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a newly created D&I strategy, with a particular focus on increasing the diversity of the workforce and leveraging the diversity in the organisation's freelance community, ensuring it is balanced and representative.
You will also play a critical role in retaining and attracting diverse individuals and collective talent to the organisation.
Previous experience of having supported the development of a D&I agenda across an organisation is essential. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are key.
