Head of HR Business Partnering - Acton, Suffolk, United Kingdom,

Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Head of HR Business Partnering requirement within the NHS based in North East London.

The client with whom we are working is looking for a candidate who will:

· Support the delivery of the Directorates Workforce Strategy and annual Workforce Plan, identifying the key business strategy and priorities which will impact on workforce

· Initiates and leads the development of business cases across a range of strategic workforce matters

· To make a full and proactive contribution to each CCG's business planning processes ensuring that these take account of national HR initiatives policies and workforce agenda

· To support the STP transformation agenda by contributing to workforce planning, service improvement

· To be responsible for devising and implementing strategies/systems and for full performance management of all staff allocated to work on projects

· Leads the process to ensure that financial, activity and HR metrics are aligned, identifies gaps and advises on how to address.


To be considered for the post of Head of HR Business Partnering you must have:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • MCIPD qualified
  • Experience of developing a proactive and professional HR service
  • Significant experience of employment law, employee relations processes and change management
  • Thorough knowledge of NHS and current change management agenda
  • Able to provide strategic and expert HR advice as the senior HR Professional to a client group
