Head of Business Partnering

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of HR/Head of Business Partnering to join this high profile Charity at a time of change.

Reporting the Director of People, you will be responsible for leading a large team of high performing HR Business Partners and Employee Relations professionals driving and the delivering a first class people strategy including volunteers.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the strategic and operational development of the People plan

Contributing to and overseeing HR organisational initiatives and change programmes.

Ensure that iniatives are aligned and implemented effectively providing a positive people experience

Embedding a culture of inclusion and collaboration.

Contribute/oversee development of interventions

Experience required

CIPD or substantial experience in a people and OD role

You should be an experienced Head of HR/Head of Business Partnering with a track record of managing an HR function and leading on strategic change programmes

Proven leadership and performance management skills

Strong communication skills and an ability to work as part of a senior team is essential.

Strong knowledge of Employee Relations/TUPE legislation
