We are currently partnering with a high profile technology business in their search for an Interim Change Communications Manager, for an initial 6 month period and to be based from the organisations' head office in Central London.

In this role you will be tasked with delivering on all Change Management and Communication strategies as the organisation embarks on a period of major transformation.

Experience on M&A related programmes would be beneficial as would prior experience of having supported organisations where technology is at the heart of what they deliver.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are key, as is the ability to build relationships on a global scale.

As the Change Communications Manager your key responsibilities will include:

  • Work with significant associates and communications lead to produce and deliver a successful change communications approach.
  • Deliver communications strategies, focusing on performance change.
  • Provide proficient counsel to senior leaders and advise them on best communication strategies.
