Interim Change Manager - London, United Kingdom,

We are currently partnering with a high profile technology business in their search for an Interim Change Manager, for an initial 6 month period and to be based from the organisations' head office in Central London.

In this role you will be tasked with delivering on all Change Management strategies as the organisation embarks on a period of major transformation.

As the Change Manager your key responsibilities will include:

  • Work with a range of stakeholders to produce and deliver a successful change approach.
  • Deliver strategies, focusing on performance related change.
  • Provide proficient counsel to senior leaders and advise them on best transformation strategies.

Experience on M&A related programmes would be beneficial as would prior experience of having supported organisations where technology is at the heart of what they deliver.

This individual will be responsible for guaranteeing a successful transition towards a new Operating Model.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are key, as is the ability to build relationships on a global scale.
