Working hand in glove with senior managers in your business division, you will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business, and deliver a comprehensive HR service to promote best practice and help underpin performance.
Adept in the full range of generalist HR skills, you will draw on your expertise especially across change management, driving performance, increasing employee engagement & enhancing talent management.
CIPD qualified and graduate calibre, you will have a confident & creative approach to HR and will thrive on the challenge of implementing pragmatic HR solutions. Commercially astute and bottom line focused, you will use your highly honed coaching skills to build credible relationships across the business in order to facilitate change. You will also have had experience of effectively delivering HR solutions through an HR team, preferably within a commercial, complex business, and will be confident in acting as a coach & mentor to other members of the HR team.
