Impact are currently on the look-out for a passionate and pro-active interim HR Business Partner to join a luxury retail brand in their cool offices in central London for 3-5 months. The company have an emphasis on collaboration and idea sharing is highly encouraged. You will benefit from the chance to join a growing company with international scope and the potential to secure a permanent position.
As the HR Business Partner you will work closely with your client group, advising and coaching managers on all people related matters. You will use people analytics to coach, guide and advise on organisational design, talent management, employee relations, learning and development, reward and risk management. Collaborating with the broader regional HR team, you will help provide local insights to ensure Centres of Excellence are able to design programmes and activities that are in line with business needs. This position will implement, manage and evaluate HR projects and activities across their client group.
This HR Business Partner opportunity will suit someone with demonstrable experience working in the luxury retail sector, and keen to join an innovative and growing company. You will need to have strong ER experience and be able to lead on recruitment initiatives. You will be a natural self-starter and want to get stuck in from day one.
