My client is a public sector organisation based in Tyne & Wear

The role;



This is an interim role for a period of 6-12 months to support a number of change projects across the organisation. Key elements of the role include;

  • leading on restructuring activities across the organisation
  • supporting the consultation process
  • ensuring key milestones are hit
  • policy development and implementation
  • building relationships with key stakeholders
  • liaising with trade unions

The person;



To be considered for this role you must be available to start a new role immediately. You will have excellent experience of managing change, ideally in a unionised environment. You will be an expert in UK employment law and have good experience of developing policies. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills are essential.
