This growing organisation based in Nottingham city centre is looking for an Interim HR Change Consultant (HR Systems) to work on a 6 months contract.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Work alongside the HCM Implementation Project Team to design and deliver a set of HR, Learning and Development and Resourcing processes, ways of working with supporting documentation, aligned to new system developments.
Work with the HR Business Analyst to deliver HR process blueprints, using existing business tools, eg. Blueworks/Visio.
Work with the Senior HR Business Partner to design and deliver a range of colleague and line management engagement practices to support HR system implementation.
Utilise existing BAU process, eg. Sharepoint to support engagement practices
Work with the BAU HR Team to ensure successful integration of existing business tools into new ways of working.
Work alongside the HCM Implementation Team to conduct a gap analysis between current and new ways of working and work with other business functions to identify appropriate business solutions for any service delivery impacts and deliver the associated change, eg pensions communication, BACS payments and candidate vetting services.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A full CIPD qualification (or be suitably experienced)
  • Substantial HR generalist experience
  • Specific experience of HR change programmes, colleague engagement and line manager coaching.
  • Specific experience of implementing new HR systems.
