Interim Head of Human Resources - London, United Kingdom,

We have an urgent requirement for a fantastic HR Manager / Head of Human Resources to join a forward-thinking organisation based in North London on a 6 month interim assignment.

The role will lead a fantastic team during a period of transition, ensuring operational matters such as employee relations caseload and recruitment initiatives are expertly managed with minimal disruption to HR service.

The Interim Head of Human Resources will also act as a key advisor to the Board and SMT, as well as overseeing the day-to-day runnings of a busy Human Resources function. This role would suit an experienced Interim HR Manager who is agile, personable and highly organised, as no two days will be the same in this position.

Required attributes:

  • Immediately available
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience in a HR Manager capacity
  • Strong, up-to-date knowledge of employment law
  • Confident communicator, able to engage effectively at all levels
  • Dedicated and can-do attitude, with a track record of successfully seeing projects through to completion
  • Team leading experience advantageous
