Interim Junior HR Business Partner - Shirley, West Midlands, United Kingdom,
Supporting your specific region, you will be part of a larger team but able to work autonomously and be the first point of contact for all HR queries. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will develop and implement the people plan to achieve business goals and manage change initiatives including restructures, health and wellbeing plans and providing training and guidance for Managers and employees on the use of a new HR self-service technology.
The successful candidate will have a proven HR generalist background and experience in managing key stakeholders, be able to work in a sometimes resilient environment, ideally be part or fully CIPD qualified or equivalent and have previous experience of working autonomously within a large, commercial organisation.
