Special Educational Needs & Disabilities Change Management
Reporting to our client's Assistant Director for Access & Inclusion, you will be responsible for supporting and enabling the delivery of a change management programme within their SEND assessment service which will see a centralised process for the allocation of specialist resources replaced with locality-based panels.
Tasks will comprise:
- Establishing reporting and monitoring mechanisms for the new panels.
- Developing systems for processing referrals, and for recording and monitoring outcomes.
- Developing local budgets and monthly financial reporting for independent/special school/resource base placements and enhanced pupil funding.
- Supporting the design of a new team structure (including roles and job descriptions / person specifications) as the service moves from a centralised service to one that is locality-based.
