Your new role
As Interim Senior HR Change Lead, you will be responsible for managing change and transformation activity across Europe. You will be responsible for managing end to end HR projects including TUPE and managing relationships with European works councils. You will also be responsible for liaising with external consultancies to ensure programs are kept to deadlines as well as managing all senior stakeholder relationships and communications.

What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you are CIPD qualified or equivalent with experience of managing change and TUPE across Europe. You will be a Senior HR professional and be able to demonstrate where you will have led negotiations with European works councils in a complex, commercial business. You will be able to demonstrate how you have influenced and engaged at a senior level and be able to commit to a 9 month contract. It is essential that you can start a role on short notice.
