As a result of restructuring the business, our client is now seeking some support in re evaluation of job roles for Management level and below. They are keen to engage an Interim /FTC for 6 months to work on this job evaluation and grading project in order for them to move to the next stage of the restructure.
It is essential that you have used Towers Watson tools and have a background in:
- Leadership of Job Evaluation and Job Description processes
- Job matching process, aligning and matching organisations level and jobs to evaluation results, analysing the matching of the jobs not for the title but functions
