Junior HR Business Partner / Senior HR Advisor - 12mth FTC - Leek, Staffordshire

A private company based in Leek, Staffordshire are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner / Senior HR Advisor to cover a maternity contract. Join an established HR team and provide a key interface between HR and your designated client group

The role -

To assist in the development and implementation of coherent People Plans that enable, facilitate and achieve organisational and cultural change

Manage the recruitment function and liaise with the wider team on recruitment challenges and needs across the organisation

Manage the ATS and HRIS (People HR)m managing workflow, data and document control

Provide expert and accurate people advice to assist and coach line managers in increasing the performance of their teams and in managing business change effectively

Working with the Learning and Development Business Partner to influence and coach managers to identify high performance and to initiate development opportunities, embedding talent development and succession planning, linked to the needs of the organisation

Take a proactive and key role in projects, including effective planning and monitoring of projects, managing risk, issues and benefits and contingency planning

The person -

Experienced within a Senior HR advisory role or Business Partner

Experienced within recruitment, managing recruitment projects and recruitment systems

Experienced with HR Operations

Business Partner experience in a busy HR department

Demonstrable case management experience, including employee relations and performance management

Providing support and guidance to managers

Automation of HR transactional workflows

Working on HR software systems (People HR), drawing data for analysis and workflow

Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to meet new demands

Remain calm and focused under pressure

CIPD Level 5 or above would be desirable
