An incredibly exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner.

In this role you will need to have strong up to date HR and Recruitment experience to be able to support and advice line managers across multiple sites, multi -tasking should come easily to you.

In this role you will have the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding all staff matters, in line with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and general confidentiality principles.

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels, dealing with high volume, fast paced business and the ability to re-prioritise regularly are an essential requirement for this role. You will need to have a working understanding of UK employment legislation including but not limited to discrimination, disciplinary and grievance, redundancy etc. You will also need to have experience of using HR systems such as Oracle and Kronos.

Key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Provides administrative support for disciplinary and/or grievance meetings (letters of invites, meeting minutes, letters of outcome, etc)

  • Co-ordinates the local Employee of Month Recognition scheme

  • As the Oracle (HRIS) Super-user, actively maintains HR personnel database, ensuring all personnel data is up-to-date and accurate in line with the GDPR

  • Support the HR Manager to produce HR monthly and ad hoc reports i.e. Change Report, Headcount Report, Attrition Report & monthly Board of Director's report

  • Manages the Exit Interview process; booking in meetings and compiling and circulating quarterly reports

  • Conduct exit interviews and identify attrition trends to feedback to the HR Manager to manage with the Operations Manager's/Leader's

  • Assists with HR Induction and any other HR related training for new & existing employees

  • Provides administrative support to the appraisal, annual salary review and bonus processes

  • Supports the Employee Engagement team with the Quarterly "Speak Up Survey" and implementing the Speak Up focus Groups and site action plans

  • Produces all change of employment details letters, confirmation of employment, reference letters and exit documents for leavers

  • Conducts annual personal details audit in order to ensure that employee details are current and accurate

  • Assists with the arrangements for Employee Engagement Forum events or any other social events including tracking motivational fund budget

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist to maintain up-to-date and accurate Job Descriptions and Organograms

  • Supports the HR Manager to arrange 'All Hands' communication sessions as required

  • Sends out global communications as required by the VP Global HR

  • Payroll Administration

  • Responsible for the maintenance of all personnel files at their business location; archiving personnel files as required
