The HR Operations team provide innovative solutions, frameworks and insights which enable our ways of working and ensure that the HR function can support the business to make an impact that matters.

The initial focus of this role will be to conduct a full review of our current PMO Framework, tools and processes to ensure that these support our new ways of working and team structures.
Review existing PMO Frameworks, Tools and Process
Work with key stakeholders to identify and develop executive reporting
Support the Change Management process with all impacted teams to ensure changes are adopted.
Assist in supporting our existing PMO Sharepoint tools platforms
Manage and contribute to specific HR projects as and when required

Ideal location is London due to the team base and location of key stakeholders, but there is flexibility to be based in an alternative office with regular travel in London.
This is a full-time role in the HR function. Standard contractual hours apply. HR are fully supportive of agile working and working from home
