Customer Marketing and Behaviour Change Manager for a major transport supplier.

Your new role

The new role will involve managing user campaigns and behaviour change programmes for the infrastructure industry. You will be delivering a wide spread national campaign focusing on the importance of behaviour and managing integrated campaigns which is in line with brand regulations. The role is for 1-2 years to maximise the engagement and impact of the marketing strategy.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful for this position you must have experience managing end to end above the line Marketing campaigns. The campaigns will be focused on Behavioural change, so you must have experience with this. Channel will include TV, Radio, Press, Online Content, Direct Mail and Social Media. You will have a good understanding of both strategic and delivery marketing. For obvious reasons you must have great written and oral English skills. To be successful in this role you need to have local borough experience.
