Job Title - Performance Analyst

Location - Milton Keynes

Rates - £230.17 - PAYE or £263.62 Ltd/Umbrella

My client is looking for an enthusiastic Performance Analyst to join the team based in Milton Keynes for an initial period of 6 months with a view to extending. As the Performance Analyst you will provide analytical support and insight to help drive the understanding and improvement in train punctuality and reliability across the industry. To support the Industry Performance Analysts by providing timely and accurate performance deliverables (including reports) and maintain/improve models and tools used to understand performance

What you will do:

  • Extract date sets from Business Objects program and build reports
  • Produce presentations
  • Produce reports
  • Deep dive investigations
  • Route cause analysis
  • Work to tight deadlines and timescales

Your experience will include:

Essential

  • Experience of Business Objects Program and report building
  • Power BI and the ability to create dashboards
  • Advanced excel
  • Good IT skills - word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal

Desirable

  • Rail/freight experience desirable
