Due to continued demand we are looking for trusted Procurement Managers to join our team of experts to support ongoing Projects and Programmes in the West Midlands. Our Consultants will need to demonstrate recent experience in Public sector with practiced knowledge and understanding of OJEU frameworks and NEC 3 Contracts.

Acting as Procurement Manager, you will also need excellent stakeholder management with the ability to understand requests and make recommendations in line with the project deliverables. We are looking for Consultants with an innovate approach with the ability to make strategic decisions, with a thorough knowledge of applicable EU and UK legislation (OJEU) and contracts using the NEC3 suite of contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of Governance, assurance and all procurement processes
  • Evaluating processes to fall in line with OJEU Specifications
  • The selection and completion of NEC 3 contracts
  • The ability to influence and communicate effectively with key stakeholders
  • Managing complex stakeholder relationships
  • Strong background in strategic and operational procurement in public projects

This is an ongoing project and will provide the opportunity for our team of associates to support one of the largest Public sector Programmes. It is our aim to support your growth and stability within this Project and allow you the opportunity to work on a variety of different capability requirements within the Project, while joining a network of experts for future Programmes. Consultants may have a Background within rail, transport, civils, engineering or highway construction, and must have OJEU and NEC 3.

All of our Associates must be able to demonstrate innovation, business acumen, creativity and effective relationships.
