Programme Manager required with an hr background (for a membership organisation)In Organisational Development , change and transformation that has moved into project & programme management .

The organisation is embarking on a new people strategy programme and You will be tasked with providing sufficient structure and enable the realisation of required benefits, both short and longer term. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills required so as to ensure all key stakeholders and staff are appropriately engaged and appraised on the progress of the programme at the right time with relevant information.Facilitate structured stakeholder input into the programme ensuring an operational perspective is fed into all change.

To develop and maintain a robust programme and change plan, taking account of assumptions, risks and dependencies that is understood and owned by the team.

  • Plan, secure and manage required programme resources, including for subject matter experts.
  • Actively manage the development, delivery and transition by providing leadership to the work stream leads ensuring deliverables are in line with the programme outcomes and with reference to the delivery of benefits. Regularly report on performance to the programme sponsor, ensuring visibility of progress and enable timely decision making.
  • knowledge and experience of implementing people and human resources related changes to time, quality and budget. MSP practitioner level qualified or equivalent with experience of managing complex change programmes.
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Project to develop, track and monitor plans and enable transparent and visibility over delivery
