This will be a 6-month initial contract which will be between the rates of £425 - £525 per day limited company/umbrella based in Luton.
We are seeking candidates that have worked on Property Refurbishments, Office Reorganisation and been involved with the business change culture to support this with the members of staff that will be new to the policies and procedure in the new environment.
You will be working on Property and Workplace Strategy and deliver changes to my clients physical work environment, how they work and the tools they use to do their jobs. This project pulls together Property and Facilities, IT and HR and is led by the Project Director, within the Finance and Facilities team.
This role will also work closely with the Programme Management Office to provide regular progress updates to the board and follow the project management framework.
Overview of skills and requirements:
Responsible for delivery of agreed business change initiatives, projects or work streams, ensuring appropriate governance is in place, including support for failing initiatives
Workspace Management and Workspace Strategy Experience required
Property and Facilities Management Experience (Planning, Fit-outs/Refurbs)
Ways of working, HR Changes and implementing new process and policies within a new office environment.
Strong educational background with a relevant degree/masters or PHD or similar
