Accounts Payable job opportunity with leading high street retailer in central London
Your new company
You will be working for one of the world's most renowned fashion retail brands with offices all over the globe. This role will be based in their London head office working within a finance team of 15. This business has a good work life balance and has a supportive and rewarding culture.
Your new role
You will be joining the purchase ledger team, reporting in to the AP Manager and working as an Accounts Payable. You will be responsible for processing multiple invoices on a daily basis, primarily related to stock. Other duties will include:
- Ensuring all invoice and PO coding is correct
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Dealing with supplier and internal staff invoice queries
- Assisting with BACS payments
- Staff expenses
The role will last approximately 4-6 weeks.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience completing a purchase ledger role previously to be considered for this role. More specifically you must have retail sector and stock invoicing experience to be considered for this position. To be successful you must be able to pick things up quickly, build strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers as well as be able to process invoices correctly in a timely manner.
