An education organisation in London are recruiting a Job Evaluation Coordinator on a 4-month Fixed Term basis. They are looking for someone to deliver comprehensive recruitment support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide job evaluation review process support
  • Support the organisations annual promotions and job level review processes
  • Act as the primary point of contact for information on staff promotions
  • Provide committee support on meetings, interviews and debriefs and ensuring that the interview process runs smoothly
  • Carry out applicant and candidates support throughout the recruitment cycle and carry out necessary compliance checks
  • Provide input to the methods and processes used in job evaluation
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on the creation and review of job descriptions

Qualifications/experience required

  • Excellent recruitment coordination skills
  • A strong understanding of the job evaluation process
  • Education experience preferred
  • Experience with using HAY or Agenda for Change methods
  • Great communication and literacy skills
  • The ability to liaise with senior employees and challenge them where necessary on recruitment issues
