Senior Case/Change Advisor - Worcestershire, United Kingdom,
This is an initial 3 month contract, but will be reviewed again at this point.
The purpose of the role is:
- To provide a comprehensive HR advisory and support service to Heads of Service, Senior and Operational Managers across WC
- To lead on the development and promotion of HR policies, procedures and projects, as appropriate and as part of the Human Resources service plan and wider strategy.
You will be required to provide expertise in: include change management, ER, Recruitment, Absence management, disciplinary, redundancies and redeployment.
The daily rate will be £200.00 via an umbrella company, as he role is inside IR'S and they're looking for someone to start as soon as possible. A face to face interview is required if shortlisted.
